Project Coordinator 

Cronos CCS is looking for a leader to become a Clinical Project Coordinator within their Operations Team. This is a small but growing team with multiple advancement opportunities. It’s an ideal position to begin a project management career. The Clinical Project Coordinator support Project Managers across studies and service offerings. Within the first few months, the Clinical Project Coordinator will work with all teams and divisions to learn about Cronos’ technology and operations. Then, this individual will have the opportunity to begin working on multiple projects or service areas.

Reporting To
Director, Operations

Major Responsibilities

  • Act as initial point of contact for investigative site inquiries study specific projects
  • Independently investigate, resolve or escalate issues to the appropriate internal team assist with and/or lead the completion of internal monitoring tasks (e.g. Scheduling, Call Tracking, Data Processing).
  • Assist with and/or lead with the completion of Data Analysis
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as Operations, IT and Clinical Operations create internal Work insturctions 
  • Provides exceptional and timely external customer service by determining requirements, answering inquiries, researching and exploring issues to resolution, escalating the issues as needed, and maintaining internal issue management application
  • Train investigative sites and internal consultants on Cronos study proceduares
  • Ship, track and provide logistics support for hardware provided to investigative sites
  • Provide timely status reports to internal and external key stakeholders

Knowledge/Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year clinical trial experience required or related experience and/or training in a clinical services environment equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple projects concurrently and able to manage a variety of tasks 
  • Good planning, organization, detail oriented and problem-solving
  • Strong communication, oral and writing skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Basic understanding of GCP 
  • Must be proficient in English, Multi-lingual a plus
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to work flexible hours to provide support on a global basis if needed
