How You’ll Make and Impact

Supervise hourly production team to drive progress in safety culture and ensure quality and production standards are met.

In the role, you would be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing daily and weekly staffing plans to meet expected production schedules

  • Providing daily supervision of hourly team members to ensure they are working safely and meeting quality and production standards

  • Leading and supporting Lean projects to drive continuous improvement

  • Tracking and reporting hourly time sheets

  • Reviewing and updating production procedures and work instructions

  • Leading a Safety Action Team

  • Analyzing production data, including downtime, to determine trends; develop and implement solutions when needed

What You’ll Need

  • Four Year Degree

  • Minimum of two years as supervisor in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication skills in team development

  • Strong Windows computer skills

  • General computer skills and email familiarity
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing concepts and tools ISO9001 knowledge

  • Ability to walk frequently throughout the day 

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
