HR Operations Specialist

We’re hiring a HR Operations Specialist to strengthen our HR systems, compliance and analytics efforts as we continue to scale and grow within our industry. Reporting to the CHRO, this is an opportunity to perform as our HR Subject Matter Expert on process, obligations surrounding compensation and execute as process owner for all HRIS.
The Role:
Closely partnering with our HR team, your responsibilities will evolve depending on the needs of the business and your career aspirations and interests, but will include:

Organized & Detail-Oriented – Data entry is a significant part of this role. Data entry accuracy and quality is essential for the role. You double and triple check information as you enter it and you have superior documentation skills

Analytical – Data & excel are your friends; In fact, you’ve never met an excel formula you didn’t like

Resourceful – If you don’t have the answer, you figure it out. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving on your own

Professionalism – You have a high level of integrity and can manage highly sensitive and confidential communications with safeguard and discretion

Team-oriented and want to understand + drive the larger People team strategy

Continuous improvement culture – You must work proactively identifying processes for improvement and driving change responding to business requirements

Act as subject matter expert for identified business processes & activities
Who You Are:
-
You are proactive and have the ability and desire to “figure things out.”

HRIS System knowledge (ADP Workforce Now preferred) and proven experience with administration and system set-up and process design
-
Experience in health benefits, PTO, LOA management and time and attendance
-
Experience supporting IOS audits

Excellent computer skills, including thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, databases, and advanced spreadsheet skills

Bachelor’s degree or HR certification preferred

HRIS System knowledge (ADP Workforce Now preferred) and proven experience with administration and system set-up
