The Role:

 

CCC’s is seeking a Director of HR Shared Services

The Director of HR Shared Services is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, evaluation, and development of the Shared Services model, HRIS and Total Rewards. This role will apply solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the overall HR function. This role designs and implements continuous HR process and practices to drive efficiency through technology. This position also designs and leads the Total Rewards program to include Benefits, Compensation and more that helps support the overall HR strategy and culture at CCC.

Your Essential Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Direct, lead and provide continuation development to the Shared Services and Total Rewards team and ensure compliance in processes, controls and stated SLA’s
  • Lead and oversee the management and guidance of the Shared Services administration team delivering operation and tactical services to the organization
  • Evaluate and drive change in HCM processes and practices to drive efficiencies for administrative functions as well as end users
  • Lead redesign initiatives through collaboration with stakeholders and Centers of Excellences across the company, including documentation, awareness, and monitoring activities
  • Regularly share updates and trends with stakeholders and facilitate training sessions to education teams
  • Keep up to date on regulatory changes that affect related processes and refers to knowledge base and resource information for processing
  • Partnering closely with IT and other business leaders, assess the current HR systems landscape and business needs to create and implement HR Solutions across the end-to- end employee life cycle
  • Provides vision, leadership, direction, and oversight of HRIS strategy working with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and other enabling functions
  • Owns the core HR systems used to administer the Employee Life Cycle, provide front-line HR support, and deliver HR programs to employees and managers including from business requirements through successful implementation
  • Define, evaluate, and effectively communicate CCC’s Total Rewards Philosophy
  • Collaborate effectively with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and leaders across the organization to ensure competitive offerings including base pay, incentives, benefits, and employee engagement
  • Create an recommend new programs based upon external trends and analysis of CCC’s workforce
  • Manage Benefit design and administration for all health and wellbeing programs and Open Enrollment
  • Provide leadership and oversight for compensation data, analysis, and structures relating to all compensation elements
  • Manage all external vendor relationships related to HR technology, Benefit broker and insurance companies, retirement plan advisors and compensation
  • Standardize, document, and automate total rewards analysis, review, approval, and implementation processes across the agency
  • Regularly benchmark company programs and monitor external trends to proactively adjust programs to ensure market competitiveness
  • Other duties as assigned

Mimimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resource management, business, accounting, or a combination of relevant experience of education and training
  • 7+ experience in compensation or total rewards, HRIS or Shared Services/HR Operations with experience in program design, market surveys, trend analysis
  • Demonstrated compensation expertise, or ability to quickly get outside expertise, in the following areas: executive compensation, private and public company equity, bonus plans, commission plans, pay equity, wage & classification, salary, market benchmarking, job evaluation, data analysis, research and cost modeling, financial projections, and comprehensive benefits experience that adheres to regulations and supports company’s strategic objectives
  • Demonstrated project management and leadership capability
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, TB test, and background check
  • Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and occasionally lift heavy objects
  • Must adhere to agency’s non-discrimination policies
  • Ability to effectively interact with co-workers and clients with diverse ethnic backgrounds, religious views, political affiliation, cultural backgrounds, lifestyles, and sexual orientations and treat each individual with respect and dignity
